Questions About Partnering?

How does partnering through prayer make a difference?

Prayer is the spiritual foundation of everything we do. By lifting up our transitioning brothers and sisters, you invite God’s strength and peace to guide their path back into society and protect them from old cycles of pain.

Can I volunteer even if I have no experience in prison ministry?

Absolutely. A willing heart and a spirit of service are the most important qualifications. Whether you provide professional mentorship or simply a compassionate ear, your walk of faith alongside them is what reflects Christ’s love most clearly.

Where exactly does my financial gift go?

Every gift directly fuels restoration. From vocational training and secure housing to spiritual resources and community outreach, your generosity ensures that no one has to walk the journey of reintegration alone or without support.

Will a past criminal record disqualify me from volunteering?

It depends on the facility's policies and the warden's discretion. Some institutions require a specific amount of time to have passed since the completion of a sentence. Each facility evaluates applications individually.

Can I help if I cannot go inside a prison?

Absolutely. Prison ministry extends far beyond the walls. We welcome help in all the areas described above. There may even be ways that we haven't thought of. Feel free to contact us for ideas.
